IMS FOOTWEAR POLICY
The deck and engine room Employees are required to wear ANSI approved steel toed safety shoes while working. Once each year, IMS will pay one-half the cost of footwear up to $100 when purchased from Red Wing(Paducah) or any other store with proof of receipt. Or, you may purchase Timberland boots at a cost of either $45 or $60, depending on the style you choose. Timberland boots can be ordered at this website. If additional footwear is needed during the same year, the cost will be at the Employee’s expense.
